Here is the last engagement session I did at the wetlands. This place is so pretty and really a cool spot, so many options and areas for breath taking photographs. This couple was awesome, they actually are already married but are getting sealed in the las vegas LDS temple on January 2nd. They wanted to do an engagement session, and we are going to do a bridal session and the day of their sealing. This couple wow, they are so awesome, they are a beautiful couple and I loved their outfits. We had an amazing session and here are some of the photos from that session.
I was so happy we changed to this location last minute. I took my son out here with his cousin and after we explored I texted Kara and said lets shoot her instead, she was down and we came out to the wetlands instead of exploring the desert in boulder city. This sun flare shot is one of my favorites from the shoot.
I did a new editing technique on some of these photos, I did a vintage matte look on top of my vibrant editing style I always do. I am really happy with the results. The sun flare in this one is so pretty. I love it.
Found this cool tree tunnel when I was out with my son. I knew this would be a great spot for a silhouette and some other shots. I was really happy with how it came out.
I think a lot of photography is about getting blessed at being at the right spot at the right time, this is where this photo is proof of that. We were in the right location at the right time and we captured this amazing sunset. Obviously skill is involved in getting the right picture but I am blessed that we had such a great sunset out at the wetlands with this beautiful couple.
I had such a fun time on this engagement session at the wetlands. There were so many great ones that it was hard for me to pick which ones to showcase on the blog. This couple is amazing and I can't wait to shoot the bridals and the special sealing day. So grateful to be part of their wonderful journey and to capture these moments for me.
