This wedding was perfect weather, the week before was that week of crazy wind out here in Las Vegas. Fortunately it died down and was perfect on the wedding day. We started out at the Las Vegas LDS Temple. I always have a great time shooting LDS weddings. In fact this family was in my old ward and I was honored they asked me to capture their daughter's special day.

I love this black and white photo of the couple. This is one shot I typically get to show off the shoes, There is a color version as well, but i really like how it looks in black and white.
The LDS Temple really is such a great place for photos so many cool spots, beautiful trees, beautiful windows and the temple itself is simpley amazing.

Seriously this group was so much fun to work with, there are many more great shots but I can't post them all. Both families were awesome, the bride and groom super fun and their friends just as great. After getting all the photos done at the Las Vegas LDS Temple we headed out to the reception. The reception was at the bride's parent's house. Wow. This backyard was so pretty it was the perfect setting, at sunset and yeah like I said simply amazing but instead of me talking about it check out the photos.
I love shooting first dances, to me that is the best part of the whole reception. There is just something about it that I can't help but smile the whole time I am shooting it. This first dance was super cool, the bride had a friend of her playing a song live. I loved it. She did such a good job on the song and it was a great time.

I love going and shooting weddings, it is always so much fun, everyone is so happy, I can't help but smile the whole time I am shooting.
